Two coats of Essie Marshmallow. One coat of OPI Crown Me Already. One coat of Essie Marshmallow.

This is a technique called “jelly sandwich.” You take a jelly polish (a polish that is a bit on the sheer side and has a squishy look to it when you wear it alone) and layer it over a glitter so it looks like it’s suspended in jelly.

Since Essie Marshmallow’s a bit more opaque and Crown Me Already is a silver glitter, it makes it look like white glitter.
