This is a jelly glitter polish, with small blue glitter, green hex and blue hex glitter. It’s actually really pretty but I learned the hard way that it’s best when it is layered over a dark polish (in that the result was my manicure was really thick and peeled off in day 2). Really nice and a few people commented on it, I just have to try it over dark polish next time as a layered polish. It is actually quite goopy, but nothing thinner can’t fix.
